Leading, motivating and developing the retail team. Delivering exceptional customer service and confidently resolving customer queries. Opening and closing the store, including cash handling and till procedures. Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards. Supporting stock replenishment and ensuring products are accurately displayed and priced. Assisting with staff training, rotas and operational planning.
