Part time HR Advisor As a HR Advisor in our dynamic automotive manufacturing environment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the 2 Senior HR team members with essential day-to-day functions. Your responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment, employee relations, policy enforcement, and administrative duties to ensure smooth HR operations. You will act as a trusted resource for both employees and management, ensuring that HR policies align with company objectives and legal requirements while fostering a positive workplace culture. You will assist with the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, from posting job vacancies and screening applications to coordinating interview schedules and supporting new hires through orientation. You will help ensure compliance with employment law and company policies while maintaining up-to-date employee records in HR systems. Additionally, you will provide guidance on employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, and procedures, supporting conflict resolution and disciplinary processes under senior HR supervision. Your contribution to employee relations will include: Providing support and guidance to employees regarding workplace concerns and company policies.
