About the Role We are looking for an experienced People and Culture Generalist to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a CIPD-qualified HR professional who enjoys employee relations work and wants to make a meaningful impact within a values-driven Charity. You''ll provide professional HR advice and support to managers and employees across the charity, leading on a range of employee relations matters and helping to ensure fair, consistent and legally compliant people practices. Working closely with the Employee Relations Specialist, you''ll take ownership of day-to-day case management, enabling the wider People and Culture team to focus on strategic projects and organisational development. Key Responsibilities Manage a range of employee relations cases including: Investigations Disciplinary processes Grievances Performance management Probation reviews Conduct issues Informal employee concerns Restructure consultations Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation. Support with the HR inbox and respond to manager and employee ER queries. Support payroll administration through accurate and timely submission of employee changes. Assist with organisational change activities, policy reviews and HR improvement projects. Coordinate training activity and support compliance with mandatory learning requirements.
