This is a key position within the Development Construction Delivery Team, where you''ll oversee HRB projects from conception through to completion, managing their complexities and ensuring successful implementation. You''ll lead medium- to large-sized project teams, define the project vision, communicate clear outcomes, and drive the team to achieve them. You''ll also plan and manage project delivery using the appropriate project management methodologies, providing assurance that project objectives are met. The ideal candidate is a proven leader and excellent communicator with experience in multi-storey developments.
