Preparing wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and associated documents following instructions taken. Liaising with clients regarding amendments required to documents and internally with other staff members to organise the preparation of final physical documents. Identifying other legal or financial planning needs and referring to other professionals accordingly.General Responsibilities Dealing with email enquiries.
