• Support pupils'' learning and progress across a range of year groups.

• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.

• Adapt your approach to meet the needs of all learners.

• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure pupils continue to thrive.

• Provide clear feedback to support continuity of learning.
