We are seeking to appoint a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Primary Teacher specialising in Special Educational Needs (SEND). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed and inclusive team within an ambitious all-through academy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting pupils with high levels of SEND need, including those with EHCPs. You will work closely with the SENDCo to establish and manage a nurturing, inclusive learning environment and lead the planning and delivery of targeted interventions. A key aspect of this role will also be supporting classroom teachers in developing their inclusive practice across the curriculum. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver effective teaching and interventions for pupils with complex SEN. Establish and manage a nurturing Hub environment to meet a range of social, emotional and learning needs. Provide expert guidance to colleagues on inclusive teaching practices. Lead and contribute to EHCP reviews, progress reporting, and individual support planning. Create a supportive classroom culture that fosters emotional regulation, independence, and resilience.
