The ideal background is a COO/Deputy COO from a small to mid sized business someone who can be both highly strategic but also be in the weeds when it comes to execution and business controlYou could alternatively come from a finance/audit/2LoD background as long as you have combined this with extensive management of transformation programmes and PMOInterpersonally you will need to be exceptional and ambassadorial in style. You will feel totally comfortable operating at the Executive levelYou will come from a regulated Financial Services business and be experienced and comfortable in facing of with the FCA/PRASeniority level
