Our established client is looking for a part-time Customer Service / Sales Research Executive for an initial period of up to 3 months based within a busy customer services department.This role is Part-time around 21 hours per week and the client will be flexible. Key Duties:Researching new business leadsProvide exceptional customer service in dealing with customer queriesAbility to promote special offers, up-sell and cross sellTo advise customers on services and productsTo update and amend company records in a timely manner Person Specification Experience of working in a contact centre or retail environment for a professional organisation.Computer literateability to contact customers via the phone re marketing mailers.
