We are currently looking for an experienced Painter to work on social housing maintenance contracts covering Leicestershire and the surrounding areas for a well-established property maintenance contractor.This opportunity is with an established contractor delivering planned maintenance, responsive repairs and void property refurbishment works across the social housing sector. We''re looking for an experienced Painter who is available to start as soon as possible on an ongoing subcontract basis.I''d be keen to speak to anyone with experience working within social housing, domestic repairs, property maintenance or refurbishment, whether you''ve previously worked as a Painter, Painter and Decorator, Property Maintenance Operative or in a similar role.As a Painter, you will be:Carrying out internal and external painting works within occupied and void social housing propertiesPreparing surfaces by filling, sanding, repairing minor defects and stripping wallpaper where requiredApplying emulsion, gloss, satinwood, primers and specialist coatings to walls, ceilings, woodwork and exterior surfacesCompleting decorating works as part of planned maintenance programmes, void refurbishments and responsive repairsTravelling between properties across Leicestershire and the surrounding areasDelivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service and respecting tenants'' homesSubmitting accurate weekly electronic timesheets for approvalI''d love to speak to anyone who ..... full job details .....
