Role: Temporary HR / People Advisor Location: PaisleySalary: Equiv to 48k / 24.86phHybrid (Home and Office Based)We are currently supporting a well-established organisation in sourcing an experienced People Advisor on a temporary basis. This is to support during a busy but exciting time of growth.This role is generalist, and will focus primarily on line manager and stakeholder support, policies, procedures and compliance plus providing hands-on support to line managers across a range of complex people matters.Key Responsibilities:Managing end-to-end ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issuesAdvising and coaching line managers on best practice and employment legislationSupporting investigations, hearings and minute taking where requiredWorking closely with stakeholders to ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairlySupporting attendance management processes and liaising with Occupational HealthEnsuring compliance with current employment law and internal policyAssisting with recruitment drives, processes, assessment centre etc.About You:Proven experience in a generalist HR advisor level roleStrong working knowledge of UK employment lawConfident advising and challenging managers at all levelsExperienced in supporting caseworkCIPD qualified or equivalent practical experienceYou will be able to start asapThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and ..... full job details .....
