We''re looking for a Mine Production Manager to assist the Mine Manager through the effective management and deployment of all personnel and equipment resources to meet safety, quality and production performance requirementsAmongst other duties you will deputise for the Mine Manager in his absence and to undertake these duties and responsibilities in a safe and economic manner in compliance with mining legislation, company policy and Managers Rules. What we''re looking for:3 years Supervisory/junior management experience in underground mining environmentExperience of Drill/Blast and mechanised mining preferableExperience of managing production in a unionised environmentWCM Practitioner knowledgeEvidence of Health and Safety involvement/responsibilityGraduate Mining Engineer or similar Engineering degree What you will be doing: You will have responsibility across a number of areas that include Safety, Mine Planning/Engineering, Environment, CSI/Quality and People Development.
