Are you an experienced Support Worker, Care Worker or Healthcare Assistant looking to make a difference in a specialist SEND school?

Aspire People are looking for caring, resilient and dedicated individuals to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, complex needs, learning and physical difficulties, and SEMH.

You may have experience working in residential care, healthcare, supported living or other support settings. Your transferable skills could be ideal for helping pupils thrive in a classroom environment.

The Role
Supporting pupils with their learning, development and well being.
Providing personal care and assistance with complex needs where required.
Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, physical and learning difficulties.
Building positive relationships and encouraging independence.
Working alongside teachers and SEND staff to create a supportive learning environment.
About You
Experience as a Support Worker, Care Worker or in a similar care-based role.
Level 3 Health & Social Care, a relevant qualification, or transferable experience.
Patient, compassionate and confident supporting individuals with additional needs.
A genuine interest in working with children and young people in a SEND school.
