Head of Human Resources Could you confidently manage employee related issues including the creation and maintenance of an organisational culture that encourages staff to develop and succeed? We are hiring for a Head of HR to join the team for a maternity cover contract (approx. 12 months). Our client is an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Position: Head of Human Resources Location: London Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week Salary: £90,125.30 per annum plus travel to work allowance up to £3900 pa Contract: Fixed term maternity cover of approx. 12 months (potentially up to 14 months depending on the return date of the substantive post holder) Benefits: Contributory pension scheme; generous travel to work allowance; 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays per annum; café discount.
