Requirements of the Business Development Manager: Previous experience of developing new business within the Tandamp;D or renewables sector.Sales or technical experience with: SCS/Protection Systems/PLC/Scada/DCS/Telemetry systems.Deep understanding of the Tandamp;D industry.Ability to build and develop strong relationships with customers.Understand the principles of Matrix management.
