Atrium Healthcare is supporting a respected care provider in the recruitment of a visionary Registered Manager to lead supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, values-driven environment—combining operational management with an unwavering commitment to person-centred care.

• Full regulatory compliance, including CQC registration and governance

• Leadership across service delivery, training, HR, and performance management

• Oversight of safeguarding, medication governance, and risk assessments

• Driving a culture of quality, learning, and accountability

• Strategic relationship-building across external partners and commissioners

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care

• Significant experience in senior roles within supported living or adult social care

• Strong working knowledge of adult care legislation and frameworks

• Proven team leader with financial management capability

• Resilient, reflective, and driven to deliver sustainable impact

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence
