Managing and supporting key strategic projects in design and implementation leveraging strategic and technical skillset to drive value and deliver critical change initiativesSupporting DBMC senior management in designing strategy, managing team of junior consultants, and co-ordination with senior stakeholdersLeading and promoting the development of a small high-performing project team, whilst helping to drive internal topics and implementing best practicesDeveloping the necessary and appropriate structures and frameworks to aid robust analysis and development of solutions, ultimately to ensure positive outcomes and sustainable resultsManaging and are responsible for the preparation of decision-making documents for senior executives and the management boardYour Skills And Experience
Significant relevant financial services background in Tier1/Tier 2 management consulting or within strategy and transformation teams of other leading banksKnowledge of and exposure to Business (Investment bank, Corporate bank) or Infrastructure functions (Operations, Transformation) is preferredLeading, coaching and developing a small high-performing project teamTrack record of identifying opportunities, building strategies, and driving change with senior leadership through creativity, relationship building and focused executionStrong interpersonal leadership and influencing skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointBachelors or equivalent degree with strong track record of academic achievement; MBA preferredHow Well Support You
