Cleaning

Contracts Manager

to join our dynamic team. You will be an energetic, confident and accomplished individual with a proven track record in commercial cleaning contract management. You will have the ability to lead a team, develop and enhance operational disciplines, think tactically and strategically and manage multiple stakeholders.

Ideally, you are currently living in or around

Bayside Peninsula Region .

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Quality Service inspections and audits as scheduled and respond on weaknesses in these.Identifying contracts “under risk” as projects and developing clearly defined objectives and action plans to prevent contract loss.Assisting in key client liaison to ensure smooth transition of operational/functional changes attributed to permanent productivity improvements.Mobilising the start-up of new contracts and providing support to the wider teamIdentifying the client’s decision-making processUsing foresight to identify potential client issues and resolve them before they become problemsRegular face to face contact with client representativesEffective and timely communication within the business and with the customer and other key stakeholdersTimely reporting to Administration for work order progress status and close out recording

Requirements

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cleaning Contract ManagementDriver’s License is essentialProficient in MS OfficeTimekeeping and Payroll approval processesThis is a customer facing role so you will have the capacity to understand and relate to clients across a several sites within the educational sector..You will develop credibility with clients by demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and sound commercial acumenYou will also engage effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and coordination of activities critical to business objectives.
