Skills Provision is seeking a qualified MEP Planner for a prestigious Building Services firm based in London. The organisation provides comprehensive support to businesses across a variety of sectors, spanning numerous construction-related disciplines. Develop programmes covering key design, procurement, and construction activitiesProvide progress briefings to senior managementConduct regular site visitsProduce detailed client-facing programmesLiaise with on-site teamsAttend meetings and training sessionsReview and monitor project progress and alterations, assessing impact on schedulesPerform delay analysis and compile reports to support any Extension of Time (EOT) applications, as requiredMaintain precise recordsStay informed on legislative developmentsAct in alignment with the company’s best interestsFulfil additional responsibilities as assignedCandidate Requirements

Education:Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldSkills and Experience:Proficient in planning at the tender stage and in contractual processesStrong understanding of all MEP elementsExtensive experience in the construction process from feasibility to project completionSkilled in addressing challenges across construction stagesCompetent user of IT tools, with experience in Asta PowerProject/MS ProjectMethodical and organised approachDemonstrates commitment, reliability, and a strong work ethicAbility to work autonomously as well as collaborativelyEffective multitasking skillsConfident in delivering briefings and able to command respectFor applicants residing outside of the UK applying through the Skilled Worker Visa route, additional requirements include evidence of English language proficiency, a Tuberculosis test (for some countries), and a clear immigration history.Skills Provision is an ethical international recruitment agency; as such, our adverts do not discriminate with regards to age, race, gender, colour, creed, religion, sexual orientation, disability and nationality.
