You''ll be wiring complete machines, carrying out functional testing/I-O checks, basic fault-finding, and supporting electrical work across the factory. Key duties Machine wiring (sensors, motors, actuators, interconnects) Read schematics/layout drawings/BOMs Functional testing + basic fault-finding Assist with installs, upgrades and improvement projects Essential Machine wiring/industrial electrical assembly background Confident reading drawings and fault diagnosis Experience with DOL and VFD systems Good teamwork and attention to quality/safety Desirable 18th Edition PLC/HMI exposure Installation experience Career Progression Development routes available into Controls Engineering (PLC/HMI), Test and Validation, Electrical Design (EPLAN/BOMs/layouts) and Commissioning (UK and international).
