You will work closely with clients, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisors to schedule appointments and ensure we always deliver on our promises. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and emails regarding repairs. Schedule work for up to 20 engineers using the in-house system. Efficiently allocate jobs to Operatives and Sub-Contractors. Manage complex repairs and resolve customer service issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Regularly update clients and internal teams on job progress. Maintain accurate system records to ensure real-time updates. Build strong working relationships with Operatives, clients, customers, and suppliers. Diagnose repair issues by asking the right questions and taking ownership of customer needs. Manage and prioritise the repairs inbox. Monitor job demand and resource supply, making recommendations to optimise performance. Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous service enhancement. Requirements Essential: Previous experience in social housing and repairs scheduling. Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
