The Role:Managing the end-to-end processes for Ocean and RoadLiaising with overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers, and customersPreparing and checking Export documentationTracking shipments and providing proactive updates to customersEnsuring customs clearance processes are completed accurately The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in Ocean and Road Operations (essential)Strong understanding of Export documentation and proceduresA minimum of 3 years prior experience working for a freight forwarderExperience with start to finish operations for Road and Sea Ideally.
