Quality Control Operative

Location: Brackley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 5:00pm
Pay: £12.71p.h
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: ASAP

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Operative to join a well-established company based in Brackley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in producing high-quality work. The position is available for an immediate start, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out quality checks on products to ensure they meet required standards.
  
  
• Inspecting finished products for defects, faults or inconsistencies.
  
  
• Identifying and reporting any quality issues to the relevant team members.
  
  
• Ensuring products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
  
  
• Completing quality control paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
  
  
• Working closely with production teams to help maintain high standards.
  
  
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised.
  
  
• Following all relevant health and safety procedures.
  
  

• Previous Quality Control experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided.
  
  
• A great eye for detail and the ability to spot even the smallest defects.
  
  
• A reliable, hardworking and proactive approach to work.
  
  
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  
  
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
