Nursery Practitioner - Must be L2 or 3 qualified. Full and part-time hours available. Market Harborough area.Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.Drive engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development among children.Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play activities, ensuring a structured yet flexible environment.Communicate effectively with children to support their learning and development while also maintaining open lines of communication with parents and guardians.Observe and assess children''s progress, documenting their achievements and identifying areas for further development.Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and mutual support.Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the nursery environment at all times.Essential Skills And Experience
