You will handle contract administration, cost forecasting, monthly reporting, and client liaison, ensuring budgets, programmes, and risks are effectively monitored and mitigated. This is a mechanical/HVAC-focused role working across multiple high-profile sites.Key Responsibilities Administer contracts and manage variations/claims under NEC/JCT frameworks. Prepare monthly financial reports, cost analysis, and forecasting. Produce applications for payment and manage cash flow. Conduct meetings, site tours, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
