Skills and Experience of a Management AccountantAs a Management Accountant, you need experience with: Dealership or automotive accounts.Producing management accounts and financial reports.Managing or mentoring small finance teams. It would be beneficial to the Management Accountant role if you also had: ACCA / CIMA qualification.Experience with multi-division or group-level businesses.Strong leadership and organisational skills.
