Policy and Advocacy Advisor, Multilaterals

Position Summary: Position Title: Policy and Advocacy Advisor (Multilaterals) Reporting Relationship: Head, Impact and Engagement, India and Multilaterals. Employment: Part-time 0.6FTE, fixed-term until 30 June 2027 (with possibility of extension). Salary: £48,000 - £54,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Start date: ASAP. Context of the role The Policy and Advocacy Advisor (Multilaterals) will be part of The George Institute''s Impact and Engagement (IandE) team, which aims to increase the impact of the Institute''s research by: Supporting a focus on impact from the earliest stages of research, by increasing awareness and understanding of the policy environment, and supporting researchers to develop meaningful ''pathways to impact''; including through engaging with communities and people with lived experience Facilitating coordinated engagement with policymakers and other key stakeholders, including developing and/or strengthening relationships with potential partners and collaborators; and Promoting evidence from TGI''s research that has clear and specific implications for policy and/or practice and advocating for change in line with those implications. Role: The Policy and Advocacy Advisor (Multilaterals) will support global advocacy and multilateral engagement activities with a focus on increasing the impact of the Institute''s research.
