Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:

• Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site, outlining frameworks and working through to completion and final accounts.
• Managing Packages.
• Site Meetings.

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

• 2 years'' experience and understanding of interior fit out processes, particularly CAT A and CAT B.
• Main/fit out contractor background.
• Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
