TXM are currently supporting an established, innovation-led engineering business in the recruitment of an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued growth across the Industrial and Infrastructure sectors.This is a key commercial role focused on developing and executing business development strategies, identifying new opportunities and expanding market share across existing and emerging markets.The successful candidate will combine strong commercial awareness with a technical understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical products, working closely with customers and internal engineering, commercial and production teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a business development strategy across the Industrial and Infrastructure sectors.Identify and develop new business opportunities while increasing market share within existing markets.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders.Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform business strategy.Work closely with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.Develop a strong understanding of market supply chains, procurement processes and relevant industry standards.Manage projects from opportunity through to quotation and tender, working closely with commercial, technical and production teams.Prepare tender ..... full job details .....
