What You Will Do: 

- Lead engineering activities to ensure vehicles meet customer expectations for refinement and quality.

- Conduct complete vehicle testing to identify and resolve Squeak, Rattle, and Water Ingress issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality.

- Use industry-standard quality tools, such as 8D and Root Cause Analysis, to drive robust solutions.

- Analyse warranty data and customer feedback to continuously improve vehicle performance.

- Plan and organise detailed activities to deliver outcomes that delight customers and differentiate this company from competitors.
