You will: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimatesCollaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.Lead and mentor junior estimators, supporting their development and improving overall team performance.Identify risks and opportunities within tenders.Introduce new ideas and processes to improve efficiency and business performance.
