Produce board-level financial packs including PandL, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, and risk indicators. Support senior stakeholders ahead of board meetings by explaining results, forecasts, and financial implications. Take ownership of the monthly financial pack, ensuring clarity and relevance at executive level. Forecasting, Budgeting and Scenario Planning Maintain rolling forecasts and detailed cash flow projections. Build scenario-based financial models to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
