Foot Mobile EngineerCity of London £45,000 - £50,000New position for a Foot Mobile Engineer based in the City of London! This is a great role if you''re looking to join a fast growing building service provider, covering your own portfolio of commercial properties, allowing you to manage your own sites and clients!As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you will be covering the City of London and West End. Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you will be carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on MandE Systems, statutory compliance duties, update site logbooks, liaise with contractors and deal with the client requests.Foot Mobile Engineer Duties: Carrying out planned and reactive electrical / mechanical maintenance in commercial properties Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and effectively Conducting inspections, testing, and compliance checks Emergency lighting testing and remedial Working on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systems Maintaining accurate records and documentation Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery Foot Mobile Engineer Requirements: Fully qualified in either electrical installations or mechanical related engineering At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance Apprentice trained - desirable Good MandE knowledge Salary and Package: £43,000 - £48,000 per annum Travel expensed Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Yearly ..... full job details .....
