IT Project Manager (12-Month FTC)South Wales / RemoteUp to 60,000CPS Group are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a well-established organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation programme based in South Wales. This role will play a key part in a wider digital transformation programme, managing the rollout of a workforce management platform followed by the implementation and migration of a new care planning system across a multi-site environment.The successful candidate will be a hands-on Project Manager who is comfortable driving governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, supplier coordination, and operational delivery from project initiation through to go-live and adoption.The position offers a highly flexible working arrangement with the majority of time spent remotely, alongside occasional travel to head office and operational sites during rollout phases.
