We are seeking a confident and motivated Sports Coach to deliver sports and physical activity sessions for primary and secondary-aged students with SEMH/SEND needs. This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about using sport to support children who may struggle socially or academically.As a Sports Coach, you will:Plan and deliver engaging sports and physical activity sessionsSupport students'' emotional regulation, confidence, teamwork, and social skillsEncourage positive behaviour and routinesAdapt sessions to meet individual needsMaintain a safe, structured, and supportive environmentFollow safeguarding procedures and professional boundariesAs a Sports Coach, you will have:At least 2 years'' experience working with children with SEMH/SEND needsRelevant sports coaching experience or qualificationsPatience, resilience, and a positive, adaptable approachA strong understanding of safeguarding and child protectionHours and Pay:Part-time or full-time, term-time only (39 weeks)Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 15:30 (sessions 09:00-12:00 and 12:30-15:30)Hourly pay: £18-£20 (based on experience)Safeguarding Priority Statement The provider of alternative education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children.
