This can be spread across a minimum of 3 set evenings per week 17:00 - 21:00 and working each Saturday 08:00 - 13:00.You would need to be able to join our induction programme which runs from Tuesday 8th September for the first 6 weeks between 17:00 - 21:00 Tuesday to Friday and Saturday 08:00 - 13:00. You would then move to part time evening/Saturday hours once your training has been completed with fixed shift patterns - days to be agreed.This role is a target driven role with lots of variety. Responsibilities include assisting customers with water bills, refunds, payment plans, and change of occupier, as well as addressing issues with water supply. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
