As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, team engagement, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visible and effective leadership to the home and wider management team.
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care for all residents.
• Maintain and further develop regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Drive occupancy, reputation, and community engagement within the local area.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage budgets, resources, and overall operational performance.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.

About You

• Experienced Registered Manager within elderly residential or nursing care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care home compliance.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and occupancy.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional care and resident outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
