Based from our Walton-on-Thames office, you''ll help bring empty homes back to a high standard for new residents. What You''ll Be Doing• Carrying out repair, renewal, and reinstatement works within void properties.• Completing a variety of carpentry and multi-trade tasks to prepare homes for re-let.• Advising your Supervisor when additional trades are required.• Working independently or alongside other operatives to complete void refurbishments.• Completing daily work sheets detailing tasks completed and materials used.• Ensuring all works are finished productively, safely, and to a high standard. Requirements• Full UK driving licence is essential.• NVQ L2 in Carpentry or similar trade qualification.• Proven experience in carpentry and multi-trade work, preferably within voids or social housing.• Ability to deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting tight deadlines.• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.• A customer-focused attitude and commitment to maintaining property standards.
