We''re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Chef de Partie to lead our team at this iconic London location which has been a destination for music makers for over 90 years.Which hosts some of the worlds greatest artists, producers, composers and musicians.This role offers the chance work in Abbey Roads restaurant and in-studio dining offering; a hub that which sits at the heart of the Studios home for our team and creative community.To ensure customers are served in a friendly and efficient manner and the staff restaurant is set up to the highest standards expected from Lexington, customers, and the client.

What youll be doing
As a Chef de Partie you will support, organise, mentor and train members of the kitchen team in line with company procedures.Responsibilities:
Ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reportedSupport the manager in maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budgetMaintaining up to date product and menu knowledge, and maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, ensuring portion and quality controlEnsuring high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment
