Job Title: Architectural TechnicianRef: BM842Location: StockportSalary: £32,000 - £40,000This is an excellent opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice who work alongside some of the biggest names within the construction industry. They are on the lookout for a job running Architectural Technician to join their team in Stockport.Responsibilities

Manage and deliver on a range of education and residential projects from inception through to completionCarry out site visits and meetings to ensure technical compliance is achievedPrepare and submit planning applicationsLiaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop strong working relationshipsQualifications

Degree within architectural technologyRelevant post qualification experience within a UK practiceRevit proficiencyExperience working on projects within the residential sectorEducation sector experience would be advantageousWorking knowledge of UK building regulationsStrong technical and presentation skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent communication and organisational skillsBenefits
