This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of a People career who is eager to own day-to-day people operations while building experience in engagement, culture, and project work.Most of your time will focus on fundamentals that keep our teams running smoothly - onboarding and offboarding, handling people queries, compliance, and global office management. You’ll also contribute to process improvements, engagement initiatives, and cultural programmes.This is a great opportunity if you’re people-focused, organized, and excited to grow your skills in a high-growth healthtech scale-up on a mission to help patients find the right care.
