Salary: upto 30,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with a 3pm finish every other Friday Location: Droylsden, Manchester (M43) Benefits: Free on-site parking, increasing annual leave entitlement, staff discount and employee savings scheme with discounts/cashback at 800+ stores As a Key Account Coordinator, you will support the National Key Account Managers by providing excellent customer service and coordinating orders, stock, promotions and new product launches. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, able to multitask and confident building relationships with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate promotional campaigns, including stock allocation, orders and promotional payments. Monitor stock levels, customer orders and forecasts, highlighting any issues. Coordinate new product and range launches, including PIM data, product set-up forms and customer web information. Monitor launch critical paths and communicate any delays to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate product samples and customer sign-off. Liaise with customers, National Account Managers, Procurement, Accounts and Despatch teams. Provide general sales support and account coordination to help achieve business targets.
