Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs£ Weandrsquo;re looking for patient, compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work across schools in Crawley and nearby areas. Youandrsquo;ll be working closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils with a range of needsandmdash;creating a safe, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional challenges
• Assisting with learning activities tailored to individual needs
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to help pupils stay engaged and make progress
• Helping manage behaviour in a calm, consistent, and encouraging way
• Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to support pupil wellbeing
• Adapting to different school environments and pupil requirements with flexibility and care

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEN (in school or other settings)
• A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
