Responsibilities

• Develop APQC-aligned L3/L4 processes and BPMN-compliant future-state process maps
• Define process variations for different business areas, markets, selling channels and types of products
• Ensure alignment with the wider SAP S/4HANA process design
• Quantify process improvement opportunities and business benefits
• Validate process designs with SMEs and process owners

Experience / Capabilities

• Strong BPMN 2.0 process modelling experience
• Experience applying APQC process frameworks
• Ability to design and document L3/L4 process maps
• Knowledge of retail product lifecycle, planning, pricing or stock/supply chain preferred
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to quickly understand new business domains and deliver high-quality outputs to demanding programme timelines
