Proactive Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for a Sales and Purchasing Administrator on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing business based in Sandycroft. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to join a busy commercial team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales, Purchasing and Import departments and will receive full training and support to develop their skills across all areas of the business. We are keen to hear from candidates with previous sales or purchasing administration experience, but our client is also happy to consider experienced administrators with strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities As a Sales and Purchasing Administrator, your duties will include: Raising sales invoices and purchase orders Chasing outstanding customer and supplier orders Liaising with both existing and prospective customers, as well as suppliers Arranging freight transport for goods supplied to customers across the UK and from suppliers throughout Europe Coordinating freight movements and supporting customs clearance processes for imported goods Maintaining accurate records and ensuring internal systems, customers and colleagues are kept fully up to date Providing general administrative support across sales, purchasing and import activities The Package The successful candidate will join a thriving and profitable business that offers a supportive working environment, ..... full job details .....
