Key skills include:Outgoing personality and excellent communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilitiesWillingness to represent the business at industry eventsCommercial awareness and keen attention to detailExperience with a variety of building types and materialsBusiness development experience is desirable but not essential. We seek someone eager to take ownership of the team, lead from the front, and mentor junior staff.
