Location: Rayleigh, Essex Salary: Up to 42,000Summary: An exciting opportunity to join a well-established wholesale distribution business in a late shift 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday leadership role. Strong leadership experience within fast paced warehouse operations required.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring a strong safety culture and compliance with all health and safety standards.Manage, motivate, and develop a team to meet performance targets, KPIs, and service levels.Oversee stock control, vehicle loading, and warehouse housekeeping to maintain operational efficiency.Plan staffing levels, manage absences and holidays, and handle disciplinary and performance matters effectively.Drive process improvement initiatives, maintaining accurate records, SOPs, and resource utilisation.
