We are leaders in the online gifting market, committed to innovation, inclusivity, and creating a supportive environment.Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage full lifecycle recruitment for various roles across Moonpig Group, partnering with leadership teams to ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process. Leading end-to-end recruitment with a focus on diversity and inclusion.Building talent pipelines and nurturing relationships.Promoting Moonpig’s culture and employer brand.Using data to inform recruitment strategies and demonstrate ROI.3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience.- Familiarity with Lever ATS is a plus.
