As a growing company, we are always looking to add new engineers to our teams, and we currently have an open vacancy for a HVAC PPM Engineer to join our dedicated Education Team, servicing schools across London. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on a wide range of HVAC equipment across multiple school sites. This includes VRV/VRF systems, split systems, heat recovery units (HRUs), fan coil units (FCUs), air handling units (AHUs) and associated mechanical ventilation equipment. Key Skills and Experience• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including VRV/VRF systems, split AC, HRUs, FCUs, AHUs and extract/supply fans.• Ability to carry out PPM tasks, inspections, testing and fault finding to HVAC industry standards.• Experience working on commercial sites, preferably schools or multi site facilities.• Understanding of associated controls/BMS (basic BMS knowledge an advantage).• Ability to diagnose technical issues, complete minor repairs and ..... full job details .....
