Senior Site Manager - Main Contractor

Think Recruitment are currently working with a leading main construction contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager for a flagship -38 million industrial development in Stoke-on-Trent.

This state-of-the-art warehouse new-build scheme offers the opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong pipeline of work and excellent long-term career prospects.

Reporting directly into the Project Manager, you will be the Number 2 on site and will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the project.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing subcontractors and site teams
• Driving programme delivery
• Maintaining high health & safety standards
• Overseeing quality control
• Coordinating trades and logistics
• Ensuring the smooth operational delivery of the build

• Proven experience working as a Senior Site Manager with a main contractor
• Experience delivering steel frame industrial / warehouse / shed projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Stable career history within permanent roles
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications

• Up to -72,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
